Explorer Trading LTD is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains. Although our annual turnover is below the reporting threshold set out in Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, we recognise the importance of ethical trading and take our responsibilities seriously.

Our Business and Supply Chain

Explorer Trading LTD is a UK-registered limited company operating several e-commerce websites. We sell consumer goods to customers in the UK. We source products exclusively from UK-based suppliers. Some of these suppliers may import products from outside the UK, and we rely on them to act as the importer of record and to ensure compliance with UK laws and ethical standards. We expect our suppliers to uphold high standards with respect to labour practices and compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.

  

 

We are committed to sourcing products responsibly. We only engage with UK suppliers who are established businesses, and we review their credentials before working with them. If we became aware of any instance of modern slavery or human trafficking within our supply chain, we would immediately terminate the business relationship and report the matter to the relevant authorities. We remain aware of the risks of modern slavery in global supply chains. Our approach is kept under review and will be updated if our business changes or grows.

  

Approval and Review

This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement of Explorer Trading LTD will be reviewed each year. The statement and arrangements associated with it will be also reviewed and amended as necessary, and in the event of any significant changes to the legislation. In signing this Modern Slavery Policy Statement, I also give my commitment to supporting Explorer Trading LTD’s Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy.
